At Coastline Medical, we encourage you to check-in online to complete your eRegistration and reserve your time to arrive at the office using the service below. WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING WALK-INS AT THIS TIME, due to the safety of our patients and staff members. Employer Paid Services are for pre-authorized services only. If you check in as an Employer Paid Service and arrive wanting to file under your private insurance or self pay, you will lose that visit time and be scheduled the next available Private check-in time slot.
