T- REX Total Range Exerciser is an in-home physical rehabilitation and exercise system that offers high intensity stretching.

This CPM type of device is the only adjunct home therapeutic product designed to provide patients with active range of motion exercise patterns and 90 – degree forward flexion abduction/adduction.

Benefits of T- REX

  • Can be used in the comfort of your home at anytime
  • Electronically controlled for precise incremental movement
  • Gives patients more control to prevent less guarding
  • Can be used to perform Continuous Passive Motion
  • Accurate progress measurements
  • Ability to set ROM limits
  • Ability to engage in all ROM exercises with one unit
  • Ability to set pre-programmed sessions

T- REX can currently be used to treat shoulders, hips and knees for:

  • Frozen Shoulders
  • Arthroscopic debridement
  • Adhesive capsulitis
  • Bankhart procedure (Labral repair)
  • Rotator cuff repair
  • Slap tear
  • Total knees and revisions
  • Meniscus surgery
  • Arthroscopic knee surgery
  • Quad tendon repairs
  • Micro fractures
  • Total Hip
  • Partial Hip

Stiff knees and frozen shoulders are effectively treated and help patients potentially avoid corrective surgical procedures

T- REX restores patients range of motion in less time and with better results than physical therapy alone. T- Rex is meant to be used in conjunction with visits to your physical therapist and treating clinician.

T- REX can be used in the comfort of your home giving control to the patient with a remote controller. When the patient has more control of their therapy there is less fear and more measurable progress toward rehabilitation.

Improved Outcomes

In one particular knee study, 91% of patients using high intensity stretching devices were able to achieve a functional range of motion greater than 110 degrees compared to the low intensity stretch group, who saw only 22% of patients able to achieve a functional range of motion greater than 110 degrees. T- Rex can help break down scar tissue and elongate it to optimize patient outcomes.
